Rieh Yu
My name is Rieh Yu, and from September 2026, I will be joining the MS3 group for my MSc thesis in collaboration with imec(Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre). My thesis focuses on ISI-aware beamforming to mitigate inter-symbol interference while reducing receiver complexity compared to conventional equalizers.
I completed my bachelor's degree at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea, with a thesis on fall detection and localization for indoor rescue services. I joined TU Delft in 2025 for the MSc Electrical Engineering programme (Signals and Systems track), where I received an NXP scholarship in mmWave wireless technology and worked on radar signal processing.
Outside academia, you could find me stressed out knitting/crocheting something or spot me being a critique at a random movie theater.
