Biography

Nannan Chen was born in Jiangxi Province, China. She received her BSc degree from Minzu University of China in 2014 and MSc degree in electrical engineering from Delft University of Technology in 2016. Her master thesis was titled “Millimetre wave propagation and scattering phenomena for automotive radar”. In 2017, Nannan joined the Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems (MS3) group in TUD as a PhD candidate, working on the i-CAVE (Integrated Cooperative Automated Vehicles) project. Currently, her research is focused on radar-based vehicle to vehicle (V2V)communications, including waveform design, digital beamforming and channel interference mitigations.
